My title may be Smutzkii, but you can call me Dee or Dede! I am a US-based digital artist primarily specializing in furry art. I LOVE drawing ungulates!I mostly draw adult themes, so be mindful of this before proceeding to view my work on my sites and the links below. While most of my art is 18+, I am more than happy to do art for more general audiences as well.

TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me - Smutzkii - you are confirming you are over 18 years of age and agree to follow the terms of service. Breaking the terms below can result in termination of your commission and all future business.

SECTION 1: Contacting Me

1.) I only keep contact regarding ALL commissions via notes on FurAffinity, DMs on Patreon, or DMs on Bluesky.
2.) Allow FOUR WEEKS without any updates- including updates on Trello- before asking for an update/follow-up. If you do not hear from me at all and see no changes to progress on your work, feel free to poke me.
2a.) While inquiring about the progress of your commission while being mindful of the above is encouraged, harassment will not be tolerated and will result in a termination of your commission.
2b.) My commissions are not done on a "first-come-first-serve" basis. I work on multiple commissions at the same time, and as a result, simpler commissions are done sooner. I also offer a rush fee, and rush-ordered commissions are prioritized. Bear this in mind if you see somebody's commission completed before yours when they had commissioned me after you.2c.) Every weekend- with rare exceptions- I open a few weekend wing-it sketch commissions. I do not work on YCHes/other commissions during this time. This does not mean I am putting off your commission/YCH for longer, I simply have a different window of time for YCHes and commissions (weekdays) and another for these sketches (strictly weekends).

SECTION 2: Commission Guidelines

1.) Please be specific about your commission idea. If you are open-minded to creative freedom, let me know that I can take artistic liberty.
1a.) Allowing me to take the reigns means you are forfeitting any specific details you may not have mentioned- expression, pose, etc- so make absolutely sure you are alright with that before giving me creative freedom on a piece.2.) Provide a clear, visual reference or references for your characters.
2a.) Being limited to using fully-rendered pieces, fully-clothed pieces when I need to draw them nude, bust-up shots when I need to draw a full-body piece, etc, means much of the result will be improvised and the colors color-picked from fully rendered pieces as the only provided reference may not be accurate. These errors WILL NOT BE ADJUSTED OR CHANGED as they are not strictly due to artist error, but due to working with insufficient references, which is the responsibility of the commissioner.3.) Reposting your commission on other platforms is allowed, but removing credit/censoring my signature/removing it in any way from the piece will get you blocked and blacklisted from all future workk. This is art theft and will not be tolerated.4.) Pieces are always done in 300 DPI, and the canvas size itself varies depending on the composition. If you would like it to be a wallpaper, banner, etc, please let me know beforehand what dimensions you would like your commission.

SECTION 3: Artwork Guidelines

1.) A maximum of 3 small revisions on the sketch stage are allowed. I can make 3 small revisions at no charge. If the revision in question is an error on my part, it does not count towards these 3 revisions.
1a.) I provide a sketch WIP for all commission work except Weekend Sketches/wing-it pieces.
1b.) I will gladly make anatomical changes to suit your character and their species/breed, but be mindful that the way I draw is stylized and exaggerates certain features. Do not commission me if you are expecting a more realism-leaning result.
1c.) Once the commission has been colored, I will only make color-related edits and revisions that are due to errors on my part as the artist.2.) I DO NOT copy other art styles, even upon request! I will not draw commissions requested in a different style (ex: TLK/Disney, Pokemon/Ken Sugimori, etc). As the artist, I take some artistic license when I draw each character. Fan and canon characters will be drawn in my style and will not be drawn to mimic the style of the franchise that they are from.3.) WIPs are strictly to show you the progress of the piece, not for using as a base and tracing. Using a sketch without my permission will be handled the same way as art theft and you will be blacklisted from future commissions.4.) Wanting a piece with my OCs is encouraged! Please feel free to request art with my characters.
4a.) I reserve the right to say no to involving an OC of mine in a certain idea/prompt.

What I will draw:

- Most anthro species
- Feral/quadrupeds (must be sentient/"anthro" quads)
- Fan/original and canon characters
- All genders, sexes, and orientations
- Dubcon
- Noncon (must be purchased with a consent alt that will be posted publicly.)
- Non-lethal vore

What I WON'T draw:

- Heavy/complex mecha
- Zoo/bestiality (sentient x non-sentient character/species)
- Snuff (Non-sexual gore OK)
- Underage/cub
- Lethal vore
- Political pieces

SECTION 4: Payment and Potential Fees

1.) I charge a complexity fee for more complex character designs, starting at a minimum of $30 USD. A similar fee is applicable to complex and/or excessive accessories.
2.) My rush fees start at 20% of the commission price, depending on the type of commission and the rush time. A rush order begins at a deadline of 3 weeks. A 2-week rush order is a 50% fee. A 1-week rush order is a 100% fee.
2a.) Comic commissions are not eligible for rush orders.3.) I take payment through Paypal invoice only. I do not take other payment apps (CashApp, Venmo). Under no circumstances do I take e-check or bank transfer. Invoices are for tax purposes, and are to protect myself as the artist and yourself as the buyer. I'll need your Paypal email address so I can send you the transaction via invoice.4.) Invoice must be paid within 1 calendar week of receiving it unless a payment plan has been agreed to (see below).5.) I provide payment plans for commissions worth $200+ USD. Any less than that must be paid upfront in full, no exceptions.6.) While not necessary, tips/gratuity is appreciated! I accept tips both on the Paypal invoice, via shinies on my FA page, and via my Kofi page.

SECTION 5: Refund Policy

1.) A refund will only be issued if I cannot complete the piece that was commissioned. If such a case happens, I will notify you and issue the refund.2.) Harassment, belligerence, and otherwise behaving in a way that makes me uncomfortable is a violation of these terms and will result in a termination of our business.3.) If you file a Paypal chargeback despite agreeing to these terms, you will be blocked and blacklisted.4.) If you do not respond to my messages regarding your commission or YCH within 30 days, you forfeit your commission and a refund will not be issued.5.) While I try my best to guarantee satisfaction in the end result and work my best to ensure you like your commission, all works are completed in my style. I still cannot guarantee that my style compliments your character(s) or idea(s) exactly the way you imagine.

AS THE ARTIST, I maintain the right to:

1.) Deny a commission without giving a reason.
2.) Terminate further business if treated unfairly by the buyer by means of blocking.
3.) Post or not post completed commissions.
4.) Use completed commissions to advertise or promote my work.

AS THE BUYER, you maintain the right to:

1.) Repost watermarked commissions on their respective platforms with artist credit provided.
2.) Message for followups if 4 weeks of no contact, Discord updates, Patreon updates, or Trello updates have passed.
3.) Use a commission as a banner, profile image, or any other form of page or profile-decoration with artist credit provided.
